We're hiring a Marketing Strategy Manager!

About this position

The Marketing Strategy Manager will provide strategic marketing direction, campaign ideation and brand marketing strategy to support Plexus marketing efforts.

The Manager will work cross functionally with the marketing team to support product marketing, creative services and communications efforts in partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer.

The Manager will work with key business stakeholders including, but not limited to sales, operations and IT to understand the needs of the organization and determine how to best meet them with marketing tactics and campaigns.

The Manager will assist with various projects and play a strong supporting role to help successfully launch products and advocate new brand concepts to create consistency, product exposure, and build awareness of the Plexus products and business opportunity around the world.

You manage and supervise the campaign calendar, calendar timelines, and calendar prioritization all based upon approvals, key dates, and channel best practices.

You work in partnership with Product Marketing for new product launches, as well as broader marketing and product business groups to develop and implement end-to-end journey and life-cycle campaigns which include campaign planning and design, target criteria selection, list management, campaign health monitoring and post campaign analysis.

You are responsible for learning and understanding the strategic goals of the business and collaborating with key stakeholders to determine ideal marketing approaches to further those goals.

You partner with Headquarters and international teams by participating in the development of new marketing ideas, designs and processes.

Collaborate with the CMO and marketing team to identify brand, category, retailing, and Ambassador opportunities to ensure company objectives are being met.

You assist in developing marketing campaigns and strategy.You collaborate with local marketing teams to drive product promotion strategies for responsible categories to achieve incremental sales (e.

g. gifts with purchase, holiday offers, cross-promotions, etc.)You play a strong supporting role in the implementation of marketing plans associated with launching new products and rebranding.You should have

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceYou have 3 years minimum experience in product marketing, preferably with a nutritional, supplement, weight management, or skincare companyYou have demonstratable experience in global marketing strategiesYou have the ability to champion projects and drive measurable resultsAbout Plexus
