Screening and Crisis Intervention Program (SCIP) - Burlington County, NJ

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overall administration and supervision of the programs assigned.
- Supervises Directors, Supervisors, and direct care staff as necessary.
- Represents the program in the community, as requested.
- Responsible for planning, developing, and evaluating programs to meet overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Utilizes knowledge of evidence-based practices in crisis response to evaluate program performance.
- Provides after-hours coverage as appropriate and as indicated.
- Follows all PI, HR, budget, contract requirements pursuant to the daily operations related to program functioning.
- Monitors statistical information to measure outcomes and performance of all budgets.
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to any age-related needs of the consumers served.
- Assesses and interprets data about the consumer’s status to identify needs and provide appropriate care.
Hours :
This is a 40-hour full-time position which includes :
- 3.2 weeks of PTO in the first year
- 403(b) employee participation and employer match
- 9 Agency-paid holidays
Education / Experience :
Master's degree with at least 5 years of experience in mental health. Must have previous experience working in crisis services.
Active NJ screener certification required; clinical license preferred.
