Position : Workday Systems Analyst
As a Workday Systems Analyst, you will translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage vendor relations, and support mid-sized project implementations under the direction of a team leader
Key Responsibilities :
- Implementation : Lead Workday Financials modules implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collaboration : Work with Workday architects and administrators on platform enhancements.
- Technical Translation : Translate functional design analysis into technical specifications with cross-functional teams.
- Support : Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshoot issues for Workday Financials.
- Optimization : Identify and implement system optimization and process improvements.
- Solution Development : Design and deliver Workday Financials solutions.
- Troubleshooting : Resolve complex financial system issues.
- Knowledge Transfer : Cross-train team members.
- Data Integration : Integrate new data into the finance system following best practices.
- Reporting : Develop and automate reports and dashboards.
- Communication : Create training materials, document system changes, and communicate updates to end users.
- Product Ownership : Represent the finance team and advocate for analytics within business units.
Education and Experience :
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or IT
- 2+ years experience in Workday related to supporting accounting and finance function of a business
