Job Description :
Capital Markets / Investment Banking VP requires a product specialist on deal teams. Acts as product representative on a client team.
Analyzes clients' financing needs and structures the financing package. Prepares proposals and makes presentations to clients on appropriate financing structure.
Works independently with limited direction and is evaluated through final results.
