The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is seeking a Chief Interactive Gaming Officer (CIGO) to join our leadership team. The Chief Interactive Gaming Officer will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing a comprehensive strategy to grow our online business, including online casino, sports betting, and social gaming.

The successful candidate will leverage their industry expertise, innovative mindset, and leadership skills to drive digital revenue, enhance customer engagement, and ensure a best-in-class online gaming experience.

Minimum Anticipated Maximum Base Salary : $219300 - $301500 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.

The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position.

Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust digital gaming strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals and vision. Identify growth opportunities and set key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Drive the growth of the online gaming business through market expansion, partnerships, and new product development. Oversee the introduction of new gaming products and features to enhance the online offering.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of digital gaming professionals. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure a seamless, engaging, and secure online gaming experience. Utilize data and customer feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory developments and ensure all digital gaming operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain online customers. Enhance the brand presence and reputation in the digital gaming space.
  • Manage the digital gaming P&L, develop budgets, and ensure financial targets are met. Monitor and analyze financial performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve profitability.
  • Leverage the latest technologies and trends to stay ahead in the competitive digital gaming market. Drive innovation in product development and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the digital gaming industry, with a strong background in online casino, sports betting, and social gaming.

Proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing teams.

  • Strategic & innovative thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans with a willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the digital gaming industry.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
  • Technologically savvy with a keen interest in emerging trends and innovations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 25-50%
