Job Description
Leads and plans the financial aspects of new business opportunities and on-going operations. Evaluates initiatives with specific focus on revenue enhancement and market share growth.
Oversees diversified administrative / coordinative duties supporting the business activities of a senior Board leader.
Job Responsibility
- Leads the development and ensures consensus for goals / programs that support system goals.
- Develops and articulates a long-term strategic vision for areas of responsibility.
- Develops and implements new business plans to maximize revenues; monitors progress during implementation of business plan;
works with the Board in modifying business plan to maximize revenues.
- Performs budget analysis for new business initiatives; collaborates with the Board to gather, organize and analyze information related to business models for new service initiatives.
- Ensures cost analyses for services being developed; evaluates potential reimbursement from various sources.
- Assesses information from various sources to evaluate the likely financial impact of proposed new services; works with the Board to facilitate decision-making process for new initiatives.
- Identifies and evaluates opportunities to increase clinical practice volume; assists physicians with program implementation to achieve volume and revenue goals.
- Interfaces with the Board to recommend growth initiatives; evaluates the expansion of selected organization services as they relate to market share and revenue growth.
- Implements and monitors general office systems.
- Contributes through a combination of key technical expertise and technical / process leadership that regularly provides enterprise level guidance to team members.

Job Qualification
- Master's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 15+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years of leadership / management experience, required.
Preferred Qualifications :
5-7 years of experience with Salesforce Products, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft
Experience leading a large program at a large complex organization
Experience with Electronic Medical Record systems (EMRs).
