Banquet Bartender

We are currently seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team and contribute to the success of our events.

Position Overview : As a Banquet Bartender, you will play a key role in providing exceptional beverage service to guests during various events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings.

You will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, and wine, according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our beverage offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste.
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcoholic beverages and sanitation protocols.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the bar and overall event.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, following company procedures for cash handling and reconciliation.
• Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and conducting regular inventory counts.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a bartender in a banquet or event setting preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including mixing cocktails and pouring wine and beer.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) preferred.
• Must be of legal drinking age and eligible to work in Location .
