- Salary plus commissions. All mortgage loan advisors are eligible for bonuses.

- Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae Seller / Servicer. We also have a stable of investors with 100s of loan products.
- Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Manufactured Homes, Stated Income Products for Self-Employed Borrowers (NON- QM), USDA, and more!

- Direct Lender so all processing, underwriting, and funding are done in-house.
- Company-paid licensing, continuing education, and annual state / NMLS renewals.

Candidate Requirements :
- Minimum five years of mortgage loan officer / retail mortgage banking experience
- Exceptional phone sales skills
- Must already be NMLS Licensed & SAFE Act compliant
- Must be licensed in a minimum of five(5) states
MUST BE CURRENTLY NMLS LICENSED AND IN GOOD STANDING!
Compensation :
Base salary, monthly commission, and annual bonus.
