Position Overview :

We are seeking a Product Manager to help lead the charge in transforming our company into a product-led, agile organization.

This is a pivotal role that requires a deep understanding of customer needs, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of driving product success.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, able to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

They will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

This Product Manager role will be a key member of one of the Agile teams responsible for Aravo’s configurable SaaS Platform.

The Aravo Platform is the basis for all Aravo’s Third Party Management solutions, which are designed to increase compliance and reduce risk across the enterprise (covering areas such as ESG, Data Security & Privacy, GDPR Compliance, Third-Party / Vendor Registration, Qualification & Onboarding, Anti-Bribery / Anti-Corruption, and Responsible Sourcing).

This role directly reports to the VP of Product Management and will work collaboratively to develop product roadmaps, release plans and drive the execution of the product vision and strategy for the Platform.

Aravo’s product team is growing and looking for folks with creative and innovative perspectives to take us to the next level.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive product roadmap development and prioritization based on market trends and customer feedback to delight our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, User Experience, Sales, Professional Services, Support, Customer Success, and Marketing) to ensure successful product launches and ongoing optimization.
  • Instill a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and customer obsession.
  • Champion the voice of the customer throughout the organization.
  • Work with our User Experience team to define and execute user research initiatives, aimed at establishing a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
  • Leverage customer insights to collaborate with the teams to create detailed requirements that drive product innovation and quantifiable improvement.
  • Help lead the charge in transitioning the company to a product-led organization.
  • Work with Product Success to develop and implement strategies to increase product adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation within the product team.
  • Define and execute A / B testing and other experimentation methodologies alongside our User Experience team to optimize product performance.
  • Identify and pursue new product opportunities to drive growth and market leadership.
  • Drive the message : think big, start small, grow fast.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience working with both engineering teams and customers
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering B2B SaaS products with large user populations and high levels of system configurability
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive product decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and Productboard
  • Ability to quickly build credibility and confidence with User Experience, Engineering, and QA teams
  • Alignment with Aravo's core values and leadership principles

  • Experience implementing fit-for-purpose AI solutions in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with low-code, no-code platforms
  • Experience with Third Party Risk Management or GRC platforms
  • Experience with WCAG and Accessibility standards
