Immediately seeking a Customer Service / Administrative Assistant.
Applicants must have 2 years of customer service experience, knowledge of Mac / Apple programs, type a minimum of 45 wpm and possess the ability to multi-task to be considered for this role.
Job Duties & Responsibilities Include :
- Answering phones
- Assisting sales reps with intake of all jobs
- Coordinate jobs / maintain contact between sales, clients and production team
- Filing and folder maintenance
- Occasionally running errands and delivering finished products
- Other duties as assigned
Full time hours Monday-Friday 830am-5pm $22+ / HR depending on experience.
Minimum Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ customer service experience
- Valid Alaska driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation
- Must be able to type 45 wpm
- Knowledge of Mac / Apple programs
- Background will be viewed
- Drug free environment
