Oracle Database Administrators, HRIS / Payroll (Oxnard, CA)
Use specialized software to improve our company’s Oracle E-Business database and ensure all data is available to the user community.
Manage, maintain, and upgrade Oracle databases and modules to improve operational efficiency and integrate technology and business functions.
May perform additional duties that are similar and consistent with stated position requirements.
Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related field plus 10 years of experience.
In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of work experience as a system engineer, technical specialist, principal consultant, project lead, or closely related position.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following :
- Oracle E-Business Suite release 12.1 or later, including all of the following applications : Core HR, Self-Service HR, Time & Labor, Payroll, Advanced Benefits, Compensation
- Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management applications, including all of the following : Core HR, Self-Service HR, Time & Labor, Payroll, Advanced Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Learning Management
- Designing and developing Fast Formulas in Oracle for . Payroll, Advanced Benefits, and Time & Labor components
- Oracle Application Programming Interfaces (API) and Oracle Integrations
- Oracle database design, SQL tuning, and PL-SQL Optimization
- Systems-level architecture
Must pass normal background check. Full-time telecommuting permitted from any location in the United States.
Salary Range : $153,813 to $156,394
