PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking a new Project Manager with 5-10 years of Construction Management exerience to join our growing team. Your role will be to work with a team of Project Engineers and Project Coordinators to expertly manage all Project Manager responsibilities efficiently and effectively.

What You Will Do : Efficiently, effectively and confidently manage using excellent verbal and written communication skills Deliver formal presentations in front of others as needed Resolve issues with a win-win outcome in mind, using strong problem-solving skills Maintain a professional demeanor at all times Lead by example, displaying honesty and integrity Demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service re-construction Manage construction activities Estimating Contract management Change Orders Punch Out Lists Scheduling (ideally P6) Construction means and methods Cost control Payment processes Closeouts Submittals Develop operating strategies, plans, or procedures Communicate organizational information to customers or other stakeholdersa What You Will Bring : Our ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience and the following credentials / skills : Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred, but will accept experience in lieu of education Previous PM experience with reputable construction companies Pump station, waste water treatment experience a plus! Vertical construction experience Heavy construction experience (bridges, CTA / Metra work, highways, etc.

Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $150,000 per year (plus bonus potential).
