Job Details
Must-Haves :
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
Experience :
- Minimum of 10+ years in a senior finance role.
- Demonstrated success in complex financial management, including stock redemption planning and trust accounts.
- Experience with multi-policy invoicing in relevant industries.
Technical Skills :
- Strong knowledge of AMS 360 software.
- Proficiency in budgeting tools and ERP systems.
- Expertise in financial reporting and analysis, especially in managing financial operations across multiple locations.
Leadership :
- Proven ability to lead and restructure finance and accounting teams.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with HR, Sales, and Operations.
Compliance & Systems Management :
- Knowledgeable in managing compliance, audits, and financial reviews, including 401K audits and S-corp tax preparation.
- Experience in overseeing financial software systems and ensuring operational efficiency.
