Job Description
One of Insight Global's educational service clients is looking for a remote L2 help desk analyst to join their team! This person will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 level support for 1,000+ external and internal staff using their FreshDesk ticketing system.
Some day-to-day responsibilities include password resets, printer troubleshooting, MS Office issues, system upgrades, etc.
While this person will be working fully remote, they are fully expected to be a self-starter with a suitable working space and internet connection to handle all incoming requests throughout the day.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of IT help desk experience (L2 desired) - Experience supporting off-site users through a remote desktop support tool (TeamViewer, VNC, LanDesk, etc.
Experience using a ticketing system (FreshDesk, ServiceNow, etc.) - Excellent communication skills - must be able to understand customer needs and explain resolutions in a simple manner -Comfortable working PST hours

BS / BA in a technical field
Compensation
$20 / hr-$25 / hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
