About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director Analytics Portfolio to lead our Data & Analytics team to new heights. In this crucial leadership role, you will oversee the development, implementation, support, and enablement of a comprehensive analytics strategy.
This includes leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Modern Data Platforms, AI / ML, generative technologies, and ensuring strong practices in Master Data Governance and Process Mining.
You will define the future direction of our analytics capabilities, prioritizing initiatives that drive strategic business goals and enhance decision-making across the organization.
You will work closely with the Analytics team and relevant business stakeholders to define and execute the Analytics vision and roadmap for the company.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement the Analytics portfolio strategy and roadmap, aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Lead the Development and Implementation of a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize initiatives that unlock new opportunities and maximize the value of data-driven insights.
- Champion the adoption of innovative technologies AI / ML, generative technologies) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage the Analytics Portfolio and oversee the entire lifecycle of analytics projects, from ideation to implementation and post-launch support.
- Define and implement robust processes for analytics enablement and support across the organization and foster a data-driven culture by empowering business users with the knowledge and skills to leverage analytics effectively.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics tools and infrastructure.
- Champion Master Data Governance and Process Optimization to ensure data accuracy and consistency for reliable analytics.
- Integrate Process Mining to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization across workflows.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders across departments to understand their needs and challenges.
- Translate business goals into actionable analytics objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Act as a strategic liaison between the Data & Analytics team and business stakeholders, fostering clear communication and alignment throughout the analytics lifecycle.
- Lead and manage the portfolio governance process, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the Analytics team and business stakeholders.
- Establish and monitor the portfolio performance metrics and KPIs and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate new and emerging analytics technologies and trends and provide recommendations for portfolio enhancements and innovations.
- Support the Analytics team in developing and delivering analytics enablement and support programs, such as training, documentation, best practices, and user feedback.
- Manage and mentor a team of portfolio managers and analysts and provide guidance and direction for their professional development.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of leading and developing successful analytics strategies with demonstrable business impact.
- Strong knowledge and experience with analytics technologies and platforms, such as Modern Data Platform, Analytics, Master data Governance, Process Mining, AI / ML and generative technologies.
- Experience working with AI / ML, Process Mining, and generative AI technologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Expertise in change management and building strong cross-functional relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Proven track record of developing and executing analytics strategies and roadmaps and delivering high-impact analytics solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex analytics concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive results and innovation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment, and manage multiple projects and priorities.

What Makes You Eligible
- Be willing to travel up to 20%, domestic and international travel.
- This role is eligible to work remotely full-time with occasional trips into the Novi / Stamford office location required.

- The standard base salary range for this position is $180k - $220k
