Responsibilities :

• Generate leads for potential clients in the Westwood, CA area.
• Attend training sessions to enhance real estate knowledge and skills.
• Follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent.
• Communicate regularly with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to maintain relationships and ensure brand recall.
• Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards company goals.
• Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clients.
• Utilize CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information for agents.

Qualifications :
