We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager with a solid foundation in React and modern web technologies to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex, high-impact web projects. The ideal candidate blends strong technical knowledge with excellent project and program management skills, ensuring seamless delivery of digital solutions in an agile environment. Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage multiple concurrent web development projects from concept to deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and product owners.

Translate business goals into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources effectively.

Serve as a technical advisor on web architecture, particularly around React.js, APIs, and frontend performance.

Facilitate agile ceremonies and continuously improve delivery processes.

Ensure high code quality and adherence to development standards across teams.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in program / project management.

Strong hands-on experience with React.js , JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

Familiarity with REST APIs, modern build tools (Webpack, Vite), Git workflows, and CI / CD pipelines.

Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.

Experience managing agile development projects (Scrum, Kanban).

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
