Do you love helping people find their dream home? We’re looking for an experienced real estate sales buyer’s agent to join our growing team.

You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property.

$129,000+ at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
  • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
  • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads

Qualifications :

  • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Show a track record of real estate success
  • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry
  • Willing to commit time to make yourself the best agent possible
  • Able to be held accountable and follow up with all leads
  • Cell phone and laptop computer needed
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Self-motivated
  • Full-time real estate agents : 40+ Hours a week
  • Utilize and maintain your CRM
  • Superb communication with team lead, cooperative agents, support staff, and clients
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere
  • Be coachable
  • Be accountable
