State Licensed Title Examiner

A company is looking for a Title Examiner - Originations Title and Close.

Key Responsibilities

Review real estate title reports for approval or rejection based on company guidelines

Research and resolve discrepancies while maintaining accurate records and logs

Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents, and internal staff in a professional manner

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required

1+ years of national / multi-state real estate title examination experience is required

Typing / Data Entry skills, minimum 45 wpm with 95% accuracy

Knowledge of real estate terminology

Familiarity with personal computer operation
