What you will do :

As a Junior Designer, it will be your responsibility to assist with development of concepts and execution of designs for ad campaigns, in print, film, outdoor and social.
In addition, your collaboration is essential in working with Environmental Design, Product Design, and external agencies on translating the approved concepts to retail environments, e-commerce platforms, and packaging.

How you will do it :
You will collaborate the creative, marketing, and integrated leadership teams to produce advertising concepts.
Your diverse experiences and background enable you to provide a unique perspective to fuel our global growth. Additionally, you are inclusive and value differing points of view.
You will be instrumental in helping with all phases of production including ideation, presenting concepts to senior creative personnel, going on photoshoots, and partnering with external agencies as well as in-house studio team to iterate approved concepts.

Years of Related Professional Experience : 3-5 years
What we expect you already know :
Three to five years of related word experience and / or training or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Basic understanding of the traditional printing process, photography, illustration, typography, video editing, animation / motion graphics, UX design, and film / video production.
Exceptional working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent comping skills
Excellent knowledge of graphic design and typography
Nice to have’s would be working knowledge of Figma, 3D design software, html 5
Special Physical and / or Mental Requirements :
Travel by air and overnight, as required 10-15% amount of time.
Lifting and / or bending 1 to 25 pounds amount of weight
