The Manager Data Integrity provides management oversight to assigned Registration / Revenue Cycle staff for administrative, financial, and clinical system implementation and other organizational activities.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provides management at the project level to assigned staff for administrative, financial, and clinical system implementation and other organizational activities.
  • Facilitates organizational change by developing and communicating strategies that promote significant change and promote the effective transformation of St. Jude processes.
  • Manages the activities of assigned staff, including Registration staff and Revenue Cycle Analysts. Provides input and recommendations to the Director of Data Integrity or other senior Revenue Cycle leadership.
  • Collaborates with the Revenue Cycle leadership to design and develop processes and prepare for workflow changes to include testing and training plans.
  • Oversees and supports the Change Control process.
  • Acts as an interface between Revenue Cycle leadership and hospital leadership / personnel and vendors to ensure that SJCRH obtains appropriate support and functionality from vendor supplied solutions.
  • Provides day- to-day supervision of Registration staff and Revenue Cycle analysts and processes.
  • Performs other duties as directed or assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the department, division, and the institution.
  • Maintains regular and predictable attendance.

Minimum Education and / or Training :

Bachelor's or master's degree in health information management, business, healthcare administration, clinical or related area.

Minimum Experience :

Bachelors : 6+years; Masters : 4+ years) in one or more areas within revenue cycle management (e.g., HIMS, Managed Care, Patient registration, Billing, Revenue Cycle Systems management).

  • Experience in planning of resources, timelines, and schedules.
  • Experience defining and driving adoption of SOPs within area.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Some experience presenting in team meetings and / or to senior management.

People Managers only) Experience managing people as direct reports.

  • EPIC experience preferred.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Proven performance in earlier role.

Compensation

In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.

This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $94,640 - $169,520 per year for the role of Manager Data Integrity - (Registration / Revenue Cycle).
