JOBSUMMARY :
Experiencedand strategic HR Director sought to lead our HR department. Youwill develop and implement HR strategies policies and programsaligned with our companys goals.
Responsibilities include talentacquisition employee development performance management andcompliance. Strong HR leadership communication and strategicthinking skills required.

JOBDUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES :
- Thisrole is responsible for developing HR processes : implementingefficient systems ensuring compliance with relevant laws andregulations enhancing policies and procedures optimizing ongoingemployee programs and overseeing compensation and benefitsadministration.
- Manage and optimize HRinformation systems (HRIS) with Dayforce / Ceridian and othertechnology platforms
- Oversee and develop allaspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment onboardingperformance management compensation andoffboarding
- Develop implement and oversee HRpolicies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standardsand best practices
- Regularly review and updatepolicies as needed
- Stay updated on employmentlaws and regulations
- Ensure the companys HRpractices are compliant
- Support regulatorycompliance filings or audits as needed : Multiple Worksite ReportingEEO1 CA Pay Data SOC II and HR / Payrollaudits
- Maintain accurate and confidentialemployee records
- Utilize HRIS systems forefficient data management
- Prepare weeklymonthly and annual HR reports
- Coordinaterequired trainings including harassment prevention data protectionandcompliance
EDUCATIONANDEXPERIENCE :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or arelated field
810 years of experience in HRoperations or a similar role with increasingresponsibility
Ability to work in a dynamicambiguous and fastpaced environment
Strongknowledge of HR systems processes and compliancerequirements
Previous experience with HRISsystems
