We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our invoicing, collections, and accounting team. This entry-level role is perfect for candidates looking to gain high-volume billing experience in a professional and growing environment.
Job Title : Accounting Clerk
Location : North Phoenix, AZ
Pay : $17 - $20 / hourly
Key Responsibilities :
- Produce and submit client invoices for payment.
- Post and reconcile accounts receivable.
- Resolve invoicing errors and adjustments.
- Assist with reconciliations, reports, and other accounting team duties.
Qualifications :
- No prior invoicing or accounting experience required (experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume task environment.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Quick learner, able to adapt to new software and processes.
- Reliable with a strong attendance record.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in a corporate setting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Able to meet data entry and document creation targets.

- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Criminal Background & Drug Screening
- 2 verifiable employment references
