SUMMARY :
Develop sales positioning strategy relative to an agreed upon set of competitors and reflecting the quality of the assets.
Responsible for maximizing market share, revenue, and occupancy growth while upholding the established mission and values.
Specific responsibilities include Commercial Sales planning, new business development, host (employee) development and retention, leadership acumen, strategic direction for promotion and position, community and industry relations.
Interact with both internal and external customers to achieve brand clarity, operational consistency, and product uniformity.
Work with the Commercial function business units to ensure performance to budget goals are met for both resorts.
Minimum Requirements :
Minimum Five (5) years experience as DOSM in a mid-market to luxury market position; minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience.

Compensation & Benefits :
$108k - $119k, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant’s skills, experience and / or education.
