Clinical Site Manager
A Florida based Clinical Research Site are looking for a Site Manager to join their growing team. They work across a variety of therapeutic areas including neurology, respiratory and vaccines.
They are establishing a new site location and are looking for an experience Site Manager to oversee the team.
Responsibilities :
Oversee the site staff and manage staffing needs
- Participate in the conduct of PSSVs, SIVs and introduce self to all CROs, Project Managers, CRAs
- Study start up, ensure all protocol requirements are met, ordering of proper supplies, development of vendor relationships, coordinate staffing and proper coverage
- Maintain oversight of accurate and efficient data entry into all systems
- Address all patient, vendor, and sponsor complaints
- Facilitate the Quality Control process
- Manage budget and have an understanding of site financials
Qualifications :
5 years’ experience in Clinical Research
1+ years experience leading clinical research trials at the Site Manager level or higher
Line management experience
