Description of the role :
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to join our team at Village Caregiving in Spearfish, South Dakota.
As an In Home Caregiver-Spearfish, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to individuals in their homes.
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Escort clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or well-being
Requirements :
Prior experience as a caregiver or a related field is preferred,but not required.
Paid Training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move clients with mobility challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
