We are seekinga knowledgeable Integration Specialist to manage and implementServiceNow integrations with Microsoft Endpoint ConfigurationManager (MECM).
The ideal candidate will enhance our IT servicemanagement capabilities by streamlining and automating processesbetween theseplatforms.
KeyResponsibilities
Integration Management : Design implement and maintain integrationsbetween ServiceNow and MECM.
Configuration : Configure ServiceNow and MECM to support integrationrequirements and business needs.
Automation : Develop automation scripts and workflows to enhanceintegration efficiency.
Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve integration issues ensuringseamless data flow and processautomation.
Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes and configurations. Qualifications :
Experience : Proven experience with ServiceNowand MECM integration.
Skills : Strong understanding of ServiceNow andMECM functionalities; proficiency in scripting and workflowautomation; excellent problemsolvingskills.
SoftSkills : Effective communication and teamworkabilities.
