Job Details
We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our beautiful Boulder, CO office! As a seasoned trial attorney, you will be responsible for representing our clients in various legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and arbitrations.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide effective legal solutions.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in hearings and trials
- Conduct witness depositions
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal proceedings
- Manage and oversee discovery process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
- Attend and participate in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on legal matters
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado
- 4+ years of experience in litigation and trial practice
- Strong oral advocacy and communication skills
- Experience conducting depositions and managing discovery process
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
