Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Call Center Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.

As a Call Center Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing information to patients and healthcare providers.

This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 am - 5 pm.

Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming calls and provide information about our services.
• Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with the clinic's scheduling team.
• Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary data for registration.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic records of patient information.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointment reminders and necessary preparations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth patient experiences.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, reflecting the clinic's values.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and scheduling software.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to radiology (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
