Raw Materials Supervisor 2nd Shift
Amotec is actively seeking candidates for a 2nd Shift Raw Materials Supervisor opportunity. Located in outside Reading, PA, our client is poised for substantial growth with opportunities for advancement within this global industry leader.
The Raw Materials Supervisor will be responsible for planning, directing, and supervising operations and personnel within a heavy industrial manufacturer.
Additionally, the Raw Materials Supervisor will be responsible and accountable for adherence to procedures, quality, production, and safety during assigned shifts.

Additional Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot issues arising on the shop floor as they relate to product quality and throughput
- Promote and support site initiatives including safety programs, lean initiatives, and training programs
- Ensure SOPs and all safety regulations are followed
The Ideal Candidate will have :
- H.S. Diploma / GED required
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory experience
- Strong organization, math and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Windows software
