Required Skills & Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and / or certifications
- Minimum 6-8+ years of relevant in-depth technical knowledge in areas related to platform specific systems and / or network operations
- Experience in LAN / WAN, SDWAN, VLAN, EIGRP, OSPF, VPN’s, MPLS, NAT, QOS and SSL
- Experience in supporting an enterprise infrastructure
- Experience with configuring and supporting enterprise grade network equipment (routers, switches, wireless, firewalls)
- Experienced troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively with personnel on all levels
Preferred Skills & Experience :
- Technical Certifications (ex. CCNP, CCDA, PCNSA, PCNSE)
- Experience with Network Performance Monitoring Tools
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience and Technical Expertise with : Cisco Networking Equipment (CatOS, IOS)Meraki Networking Equipment (Switches, Wireless, Firewalls)Firewalls (Palo Alto)VPN (Palo Alto Global Protect)Connectivity / Configuration of Networking in AWSDNS / DHCP
- 6-8+ years’ experience in network design, deployment, configuration and troubleshooting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt in growing & dynamic environments
Working Conditions / Schedule
- Site-based role in one of our main US sites (South Plainfield, NJ, Burlington, MA, or Indianapolis, IN) with a hybrid work schedule
- May be asked to travel occasionally (anticipated to be around 20%)
