Work Schedule :

100%, day shift. Eight hours per day Monday Friday, with start times ranging from 7 : 00AM 8 : 30AM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to :

  • Coordinate administrative aspects of a department, unit, project or area, including preparation of reports, researching issues and assistance in updating policies, procedures, manuals, and administrative tools.
  • Organize and lead new employee onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department leadership on maintenance of agendas, taking meeting minutes and communicating with the entire pharmacy team.
  • Act as a resource, respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll, time-off, policies, procedures, education and scheduling.

Education :

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Work Experience :

Minimum One year of experience in an administrative support role.

Preferred Three years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting.
