Required Qualifications : This position requires a high school diploma or GED and one (1) year of related work experience maintaining computer equipment in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities : This is not a comprehensive list of responsibilities.

• Maintains computerized data records on all property in order to verify the type and location of property and other related information.
• Installs, uninstalls, and configures new computers / software; assists users with equipment.
• Prepares hardware / software for property deletions for presentation to Property Management.
• Reviews reports of property transferred to ensure computerized files indicate new location and custodial ownership.
• Ability to perform specialized technical work requiring general understanding of operating policies and procedures and their application to problems.
• Ability to apply specialized technical or professional principles and practices in the solution of problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to pounds and work from ladders.
