Position Summary : We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Lot Attendant to maintain our vehicle inventory and ensure the dealership’s lot is organized and presentable.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Vehicle Management : Move and park vehicles on the lot to ensure a neat and organized display. Perform regular lot inspections and ensure all vehicles are clean and presentable.
- Customer Service : Assist customers and sales staff by locating vehicles and providing information about the vehicle lot and inventory.
- Inventory Control : Monitor vehicle inventory levels and alert management of any discrepancies or issues.
- Lot Maintenance : Keep the dealership lot clean and free of debris. Ensure that all signage and displays are in good condition.
- Administrative Tasks : Complete necessary paperwork for vehicle movements and maintain accurate records of vehicle locations.
- Inventory Readiness : Assist in getting vehicles to the detail department, confirm that photos are taken of the vehicle, and making sure all units are front line ready at all times.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
