FULL-TIME FAMILY INTERVENTION CASE MANAGER - CLARION / BEDFORD COUNTIES, PA Family Resource Specialist JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring a Family Intervention Case Manager! As a Family Intervention Case Manager, you will be part of a team that works to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families in our community.
You will be a key resource in providing support to families in need, offering services such as assessment, advocacy, and referral to other community resources.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other professionals such as social workers, psychologists, and educators.
If you are passionate about working in the Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice or Social Work field, this is the job for you! This position will provide services in both Somerset and Bedford Counties.

- Assess and engage families in service planning based on demonstrated needs.
- Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence based and best practice approaches.
- Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
The qualified Family Intervention Case Manager will have :
- High school diploma required.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
