You are a motivated and ambitious key team member, with functional SAP experience who can manage the responsibilities below.

You are responsible for defining and orchestrating a portfolio of services provided to your assigned clients and as a trusted advisor, you will support the setup and execution of digital transformation roadmaps and provision of services to meet the high standards of customers and Reply, while coordinating with the Reply team.

Responsibilities

Build and Maintain Client Relationships : Establish and nurture trusted relationships with customers. Define service plans, identify innovation opportunities to support the adoption of SAP and business transformations and ensure the client recognizes and appreciates the value delivered.

Support contract extensions and renewals.

Strategic Planning and Execution : Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with relevant client stakeholders.

Ensure these plans enable the client to optimize their SAP investment and deliver tangible business value.

Risk and Issue Management : Anticipate and identify key risks and issues, both functional and technical. Drive prevention strategies and ensure the resolution of top issues in line with engagement deliverables.

Handle escalation for critical situations to ensure timely and effective resolutions.

Team Leadership and Development : Manage, motivate, and empower the consulting team. Evaluate team performance to enhance professional, management, leadership, and technical skills.

Foster ongoing success within the team and promote effective collaboration with the client.

  • Collaborate with Reply’s Project Managers : Actively collaborate with Reply’s project managers to promote successful project execution on Project Delivery, Scope Management, Cost Management and Resourcing.
  • Pre-Sales Support : Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to engage prospects by understanding their needs and effectively communicating how Reply can meet those needs.

Participate in the RFP planning and execution process and assist with the onboarding of new clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Travel up to 50%
  • 7 years of SAP experience
  • Experience in a project management role
  • Experience on 3 full lifecycle projects in area of SAP implementation, SAP release upgrades and / or ongoing support of various SAP Business Suite products (S / 4HANA, CRM, BI, SCM, APO, SRM, SAP Solution Manager)
  • Practical experience in the application of SAP implementation methodologies
  • Leadership skills to provide direction to the consulting team, and as a trusted adviser to the client when advising on strategy, direction, and risk

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specific knowledge in any of the following industries : Process, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Distribution
  • Knowledge or experience deploying SAP S / 4 HANA Public Cloud
  • Implementation experience in non ERP SAP Cloud environments
