Job Description : Position Summary :

The Mold Maker is responsible for building , revising, and maintaining Entegris and Customer-owned molds, tooling, and fixtures by performing machining and mechanical processes, methods, and techniques. With proven performance,e the opportunities to grow into a larger or different role exist. Providing additional support to the production teams, as well as helping cover on-call situations, can be available.

Hours for this role will be 1 : 30-11 : 30 pm, 4 days / week, or 1 : 30-9 : 30 pm, 5 days / week, with overtime opportunities. and shift differential

Responsibilities :

Building new molds along with mold inserts for existing tooling.

Ability to repair to allow quick turnaround with issues as they arise within the competency level .

Maintains current and appropriate documentation in mold files . Completes all job-related documentation.

Operates Tool Room equipment at a high level of competency (CNC Mills, CNC EDMs, and CNC Lathes to level of operation to proficient competency) .

Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to mold cycling, mold function in the press, miscellaneous tooling, and fixtures as required .

Completes miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization and production goals.

Assembles production molds, cleans molds following standard procedures, and reassembles such as required .

Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills :

2-year degree in moldmaking or completion of qualified apprenticeship program

3-5 years previous experience with mold making

Ability to demonstrate problem solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills .

Ability to read and understand work instructions and perform math computations and computer data entry .

Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand during entire shift .

Ability to perform repetitive pushing and sliding of mold plates and mold inserts .

Periodically, this position requires repetitive hand, wrist, and grasping of objects with fingers for extended periods of time .

Ability to visually detect quality defects .

Ability to work overtime and on-call schedule as required

• Compensation : $29.00-$40.00 hourly range with actual pay dependent on the candidate's overall skills for the role
