The successful candidate will provide administrative support to their office, ensuring smooth operation and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and a strong background in clerical and accounting tasks.
Duties :
- Manage the front desk, answering phone calls and professionally greeting visitors.
- Provide administrative support to the front office, including preparing documents, filing, and maintaining records.
- Assist with accounting tasks.
- Utilize phone systems to make and receive calls, as well as manage scheduling and appointments.
- Assist with budgeting and tasks, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Coordinate and plan events and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are taken care of.
- Perform other administrative duties as required, including data entry and mail distribution.
- Some travel (up to 20%) will be required for Networking or Sales calls.
Experience :
- Proven experience in office management.
- Strong background in administrative and clerical tasks.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Social Media management, some marketing knowledge.
- Experience with QuickBooks and some accounting.
- Proficiency in office management software and phone systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
