Essential Duties

Talent Strategy & Execution

• Responsible for relationship management with functional business leaders to ensure day-to-day operations function consistently and in alignment with firm strategy e.g. talent / client experience, employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders across the firm, considering talent trends, business needs, business direction and business strategy in order to deliver solutions that support positive results and impact firm performance.
• In partnership with COE's, HR Market & line of business peers, seek to find increased efficiencies while maintaining quality client service.
• Lead the delivery of RSM's Talent strategy in alignment with firm strategy, to drive consistency across a matrixed organization.
• Integrate, align, and embed culture of diversity and inclusion in activities and initiatives.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range : $95,400 - $163,900 Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
