Regional Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Regional Nurse to join our team!

The Regional Nurse is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the clinical operations and ensuring high-quality care across multiple skilled nursing facilities within an assigned region.

This role involves frequent travel to various locations to support nursing staff, enforce compliance with healthcare regulations, and implement best practices in patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Mentor and coach nursing staff to promote professional development and improve patient care.
• Ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Investigate and address clinical incidents and complaints.
• Implement corrective actions and ensure they are followed through to resolution.
• Work closely with facility administrators, medical directors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements :

• Active RN license in your state
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care facilities is highly preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
