Responsibilities

  • Schedules production team(s)
  • Assists Project Manager in identifying appropriate resources for current and prospective future engagements
  • Proactively identifies solutions to scheduling challenges and other team operational issues
  • Identifies potential process efficiencies and opportunities to streamline processes
  • Prepares for and participates in weekly team debrief meetings and weekly reports
  • Provides timely updates to team and Project Manager
  • Raises and resolves issues quickly and identifies solutions to prevent reoccurrences
  • Maintains data in engagement management software
  • Provides onboarding support for client engagements
  • Maintains budget
  • Assists the project management team with any overflow of work as needed
  • Assists production team with front of file tasks and identifies other tasks to reassign from production team to project coordinator team, gains approval by project management leadership
  • Creates and monitors leverage model and production dashboards
  • Monitors client realization, budget, and production objectives
  • Assists the production team with client deliverables
  • Oversees administrative function and follows up with admin staff on open items as needed
  • Completes ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Above average computer skills, proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills
  • Good troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to make good decisions quickly and provide alternate solutions to solve problems or address unanticipated events
  • Must be well organized and systematic in working
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per work, between the professional hours of 9am and 5pm
