An established family law firm is seeking a seasoned Matrimonial Litigator to handle complex divorce and matrimonial cases. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, oversee litigation teams, and ensure uncompromising excellence in client representation and service.

The compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000, inclusive of performance goals. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

Compensation :

$100,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all phases of matrimonial and divorce litigation, including complex financial and custody matters.
• Review case strategies and ensure best practices in case management.
• Oversee client relationships and pro bono case placement as needed.
• Provide expert analysis and case management prior to and during litigation, including business valuation and asset division.
• Coordinate with outside experts and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and precedents.
