Seeking a diligent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to uphold clinical care standards through meticulous staff documentation review, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations around the Spring, TX area.
Compensation : $24 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Analyze, review, and report on billable PDN nursing notes, charts, charting trends, and quality indicators.
- Updates and coordinates with the supervising nurse and external clinical staff regarding changes in the patient’s treatment plans when necessary.
- Assist with quality assurance and policy compliance training programs and develop reference materials to resolve inadequacies.
- Review / Audit patient charts.
- Works with administrative and supervisory personnel regarding home care visits to assure high quality and proper follow-up patient care concerning patient needs.
Qualifications :
- Licensed Vocational Nurse.
- Experience in Trach, Vent, and Gtube care.
- Strong experience in Medicare assessments and documentation.
- Must be licensed in the state of Texas (or compact state licensure).
- Must have at least one year of supervisory OR administrative OR QA experience in home health care or related health programs.
