Qualifications
Minimum / Essential Qualifications :
- BA / BS in relevant field and three (3) or more years of related professional experience demonstrating strong administrative skills and significant authority and responsibility
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and trouble-shooting skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects from conception to execution with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including spreadsheet and database software experience
- Experience developing reports and analyses
Preferred Qualifications :
- Familiarity with University and Graduate School policies and procedures
- Demonstrated experience working independently and managing multiple deadlines and priorities
- Ability to problem-solve proactively and use sound judgment and initiative
- Supervisory experience
