Busy Real Estate Investment Firm seeking an Associate Counsel to join the legal team, with 2+ years experience, specifically in Commercial Real Estate, Development and / or Construction.

Job Responsibilities :
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, AIA documents, as well as leases and other ancillary agreements
- Facilitate real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions
- Prepare and review legal notices
- Maintain and track on-going legal proceedings.
- Coordinate with other member of the legal team and outside counsel, when necessary, on various transactions and pending litigation
- Provide legal support to all divisions of the company on a variety of topics as needed
- Salary commensurate with experience.
