Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience or 3+ years of relevant experience in Data Science related technologies.
- Good knowledge in statistics and deep understanding of ML algorithms and their usage.
- 3+ years of experience in Python application programming, Django / Flask / REST frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience in deployment (DevOps) - Dockers, Openshift, Kubernetes.
- Python skills must include Pandas, Numpy, Sci-kit, Tensorflow, NLTK.
- Experience in image processing will be an added advantage.
- Must be a technically competent person to handle the project / team from requirements-design to development-deployment.
- Expectation is to be a hands-on person.
- Very good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in mentoring teams.
- Experience working directly with customer senior executives will be essential.
- Ability to understand customer roadmap and contribute towards the same.
- Ability to interface with customer business teams, understand requirements and translate it to technical, resource requirements.
- Work with internal stakeholders (delivery, competency, TLW, HR) in building teams proactively mapping to customer needs.
