Our client, a global luxury fashion brand, is hiring a Contract Recruiter to join their team! This role will support in bi-coastal hiring for two major upcoming boutique openings.
The team is open to candidates located in NY and LA and this role will start ASAP and go through the end of the year.

Job Duties include :
- Utilizing virtual and in person recruiting techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, social channels and other platforms as well as in person recruiting tactics
- Identifying, screening, interviewing and securing top talent for store level and management level positions
- Act as a key point of contact within the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring monthly hiring timelines and metrics are met
- Create candidate pipelines that support the opening and growth of two new store locations
- Track sourcing and recruitment activity to analyze success rates of current efforts, making adjustments when needed
- Presenting candidates to North American TA team and preparing candidates throughout interview process
Job Qualifications include :
- 6+ years of related experience
- Proven track record of success in luxury retail recruiting with the ability to go after and attract key talent
- Previous experience with full cycle recruitment. Responsible for posting jobs and managing inbound applicants
- Must have experience in recruiting for luxury store level and management talent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of applicants and work at a fast pace with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter is required
- Must have experience with candidate tracking systems
- Degree in HR, communications or business preferred
Salary : $35-$40 / hr
