Requirements :
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and system designs
- Minimum 5 years of experience with React, with strong skills in dynamic state management using TanStack Queries, and an extremely strong focus on fully understanding the latest React features / functionalities

Required Skills :

- Feel comfortable speaking up on calls to give their opinion and not be afraid to play devil s advocate and offer different solutions when we are collaborating designs
- Extremely flexible and be able to change direction at a moment s notice Skills / Tech Preferred :
- Experience with C# .NET and enterprise-level application development is a plus
- Familiarity with user interface design tools like Figma to optimize user interactions
- Familiarity with AI and developing with AI assistance (but isn t reliant upon it!)
