- Assisting the team in achieving a high level of performance and quality
- Holding teams responsible for their job and mentoring less experienced team members
- Organizing and leading project status and working meetings
- Preparing and distributing progress reports
- Managing risks and issues and correcting deviations from plans
- Working within cross-functional teams and ensuring each increment of functionality is potentially shippable
