Clearance Level : Top Secret

Education : Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience : 7 + Years of experience and 3+ years of experience with Service Now

Job Overview :

The Solution Architect will design and architect ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of the DoD. You will define the technical vision for ServiceNow projects, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with DoD standards.

Required Skills

  • Design and architect custom ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams.
  • Ensure architecture aligns with DoD security and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define long-term ServiceNow strategy.
  • 7+ years of experience in software architecture.
  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules.
